What payment options are accepted at ceeweedesigns.com?

You can pay for your purchase using the following methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card- VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Interac. 

Is my payment secure?

Transactions made on ceeweedesigns.com website are secure. The padlock symbol next to the address bar with the url ceeweedesigns.com indicates that you are in a secure setting. Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts. However, you should never consider the transmission of data by Internet to be 100% secure. Any information that you make available online can potentially be recuperated and used by third parties.

What is the security code?

A unique code made up of 3 or 4 digits to ensure secure remote sale transactions. The security code is usually the 3 digits on the back of your credit card in the signature field. (Visa or MasterCard) It can also be the 4 digits above your card number. (American Express)

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is processed, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Enter your tracking number here to keep tabs on your delivery via www.canadapost.ca.

However, if you selected "Flat Rate- No Tracking" as your Shipping Option, you will NOT receive a tracking number. Consequently, you will NOT be able to monitor delivery of your purchase.

Shipping & Processing Terms

  • All orders shipped from Cee Wee Designs are shipped via Canada Post from our warehouse located in the (GTHA) Greater Toronto Hamilton Area, Canada. Shipping charges are calculated in real-time using Canada Post/ Shopify preferred shipping rates.

  • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will  receive your tracking number (if applicable) via email. "Flat Rate- No Tracking" items do not receive a tracking number.
  • Once the Post Office accepts the shipment, it’s out of our hands. Cee Wee Designs is NOT responsible for late deliveries, customs delays, lost or stolen items, etc. Delivery times are approximate and dependent on the shipping courier.
  • All International orders are shipped via Canada Post. Upon arriving at the destination country, the local postal service for the respective country assumes responsibility of local delivery. Please note that the local customs office for International destinations may impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. These government-imposed duties are not shipping fees and are NOT associated with Cee Wee Designs. The customer is responsible for paying these additional customs tariffs and duties.

  • Standard processing time is between 3-5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered Business Days. Special Order items and Made-to-Order items are processed on an individual basis. Upon purchase, customers will be informed via e-mail of the expected processing time. This extended processing time should not exceed 2 weeks.

Pre-Ordering

You may be able to “pre-order” some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The “Pre-Order” message will appear on the product detail page. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be charged for the price of pre-order item.
