Return policy

Here at Cee Wee Designs we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not pleased with your order, you can send it back for a refund or exchange provided that it is returned within 7 days of the delivery date and the merchandise has not been used, or altered in any way. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping with a carrier of his or her choice. We recommend shipping with both insurance and tracking for your protection.

Once received, returns and exchanges generally take 7 business days to process. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Once a return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep in mind that it may take an additional 7 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card account. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
